One Prime account works across all of them.
If I purchase AudioPen Prime on the web, will it work on my other devices?
Yes, a single Prime account can be accessed from all your devices, provided you log in to the same account.
You can use Prime features on the native app, the web app, the Mac app, the Windows app, or the Chrome Extension.
Can I use AudioPen to type instead of using my keyboard?
Yes, on iPhone, iPad, Mac (M1 or later), and Windows. AudioPen's keyboard on iOS and iPadOS, and Voice Typing mode in the desktop app, let you use the power of AudioPen inside any app. Press a hot key, talk, and the text lands where your cursor is. Try it once, and it will change the way you interact with your device.
Can I upload audio files to AudioPen?
Yes, Prime users can upload up to 100 audio files every 4 weeks, with a maximum file size of 100MB each.
How secure is my data?
All voice notes are auto-deleted from our servers soon after they are processed. All of your data is also encrypted at rest and is never shared with any other user, and never used to train any AI. Voice typing gives you an offline option too, on the iOS keyboard and in the Mac and Windows apps. Turn it on and the audio never leaves your device.
How many styles can AudioPen write in?
AudioPen can write in many styles. It has a style library with preset styles to choose from. You can also create your own writing styles. My favourite use is to give AudioPen a sample of my writing and ask it to imitate that style.
Does AudioPen work in multiple languages?
Yes, AudioPen can understand most major global languages.
You can choose your preferred output language from the settings button in the top right corner.
Does AudioPen understand different accents?
Yes. AudioPen works with almost any accent. It uses modern transcription models built to handle a wide range of speech.
Can I expense AudioPen Prime with my company?

No, your data is not used to train any AI models.
How is AudioPen different from other voice to text tools?
Most voice to text tools hand you a transcript and stop there. AudioPen transcribes what you say, then rewrites it into clear, structured text in the style and language you pick. The rewrite is optional. Keep the plain transcript if that is all you need.
AudioPen is built for individual thought, not for meetings. It will not join a Zoom call or label who said what.
